  •  RETURNS 

We appreciate you and your order! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us directly at erinhainesdesignco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your items.

Orders may be returned if you notify us within 7 days of order receipt with the exception of ineligible items -

     - Monogrammed/Personalized items

     - Gift Cards

     - Final Sale Items

     - Items damaged through normal wear and tear

All items must be new and unopened. We will refund the purchase amount, minus any shipping charges you paid within 3-5 business days upon receipt of your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please let us know if you need a return label. 

 

  •  RUSH ORDERS 

All items are made to order and our turn around timelines reflect that. Should you need a RUSH please contact us before you place an order to make sure we have the allotted time for your timeline.

 

  •  PROOFS

Proofs are available to purchase in our Upgrade section. You'll receive your first proof to the email provided at checkout within 24 hours. Should you require it, we allow for 2 proof changes before an extra fee is required. 

 

  •  SHIPPING

Each product is customized especially for you.  Approximate shipment times are provided within each product listing. Shipping timelines are controlled directly by the USPS/UPS/FedEx and change during high traffic holiday seasons. 

 

  •  CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may be made within 1 hour of order placement. We are unfortunately unable to cancel any order past this 1 hour window.
